Saturday EPM Training

The Operation staff spent from 8 until 4 Saturday learning the ins and outs of the NextGen Practice Management system. We went over at great length enrolling new patients with the sliding fee scale, insurance and Medicaid. We also spent a lot of time on the front desk check in process. Everyone loved the signature pads and the insurance cards scanners. Thanks everyone for giving up their Saturday for the clinic and thanks especially to Sarah and Hector for organizing and conducting the class. I can't believe that go live is really here. In case you have been on another planet for three months, we are going live with the NextGen EPM on Tuesday July 29th.
